Cancellation Policy

BOOKINGS: At Xclusive Beauty Bar, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our valued clients. To maintain the efficiency of our operations and uphold our commitment to punctuality, we have established this cancellation policy. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines. CANCELLATION: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list. LATE CANCELLATIONS/NO-SHOWS: Late cancellations or no-shows (failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice) may result in a cancellation fee. The fee will be equivalent to $5 or a percentage of the scheduled service cost. COMMUNICATION CHANNELS: Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments by calling our Beauty Room directly during business hours. Additionally, we offer the convenience of online appointment management though our website or mobile app. EMERGENCY SITUATIONS: We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can occur.
